We started using Kotlin a year before version 1.0, already have a couple of projects that use KMM implementation for the business layer, and on most projects, we use Jetpack Compose. 

We’ve been working on long-term projects with millions of users such as Rosetta Stone and Crestron and on shorter, more dynamic projects such as Phoenix, MeCycle, and ProSieben. Working on long-term projects we become partners with our clients and have a significant impact on their business, as well as improve our knowledge on how to properly scale the technology and the team. On the other hand, short-term projects are great for experimenting with technology, and they also serve as an opportunity to show junior team members what the application cycle looks like from the beginning to release.

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant experience as an Android developer 
  • Excellent knowledge of Java and Kotlin 
  • Excellent knowledge of Design patterns and SW architecture 

Bonus (not required, but could be useful):

  • Experience with core libraries such as RxJava/Flow, Dagger/Koin, Room, and Retrofit/Ktor 
  • Experience with large and complex codebases 
  • Experience with Android architecture components 
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform 
  • Any kind of portfolio where you can show us your work
