At FIVE, we are very proud of the team and culture we built over the years, and our People and Culture team played an integral part in shaping our environment as a great place to work at. Our joining forces with Endava, an international company with over 8,000 employees worldwide, will further increase our growth and open up more opportunities for development of our People and Culture practices.
Therefore, we are looking for an experienced person in the People and Culture Specialist role, who will join a group of dedicated HR and employer branding experts with the mission of creating the best place to work.
If you love technology and want to develop your career in a progressive IT company that offers a number of opportunities for professional development, FIVE will be the ideal place for you.
What are you going to do?
You will lead People and Culture initiatives, from onboarding, to soft skills training programs, 1on1 coaching for team leaders, wellbeing, internal communication, knowledge sharing...there are a lot of things that fall under “People and Culture”.
Of course, our People and Culture colleagues don’t do everything at the same time, we choose priorities by looking at all available data, brainstorm what we can improve and shape our ideas as clear goals for periods of time.
Also, we believe it’s important to stay in touch with the industry and occasionally take on a talent acquisition project (not too many, to leave your bandwidth free for other initiatives), especially when you’re just starting in the company and need to get acquainted with the industry and the people in different teams. That way you can gain strong insight about our culture and our industry context, that will later prove useful in any other People & Culture project.
What do we expect?
Years of experience will help you in independence and influence, and also give you enough confidence in innovating any process.
You like to invest your time in understanding business needs, problems and priorities. This is important for you to prioritise internal initiatives that will have the greatest impact
You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and present your message in an authentic, interesting and motivating way. You will often be in a situation to engage others, give advice and elicit change.
It's natural for you to track your own work and make data-based decisions. This will help you work smart and focus your actions in the right direction.
You will work in an international environment, and fluency in English will help you get your message across in a convincing way.
What can you expect from us:
A culture of constant learning and improvement, with clear and structured opportunities for skills growth through 1on1 coaching. Long-term career development within FIVE and Endava.
A range of benefits within the company - from office "perks", to team budgets for education and team buildings.
Flexibility in work - we are not interested in when and where, but in how you work.
