Therefore, we are looking for an experienced person in the Talent Acquisition Specialist role, who enjoys recognizing talent and building teams, and will join a group of dedicated HR and employer branding experts with the mission of creating the best place to work.

What are you going to do?

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for more complex positions, build long-term relationships  with candidates, and work closely with the employer branding team in developing strategies for attracting different candidate groups.

Regularly analysing a variety of data related to recruitment processes, market trends and people motivators, will help you make data driven decisions in developing innovative and motivating approaches in attracting IT talent.

Also, you will work closely with team leaders advising how to improve the selection approach, and ensure that candidates always have a great experience.

Additionally, you will contribute FIVE with your ideas for improving the employee experience and work closely with our People & Culture team - our HR is continuously growing, and we'd love for you to be a part of that.

What do we expect?

  • Several years of experience in talent acquisition. 

Years of experience will help you in independence and influence, and also give you enough confidence in innovating your recruiting process.

  • Strong interest in business.

You like to invest your time in understanding the hiring needs, priorities and specifics of the jobs, company and industry you recruit for.

  • Exceptional communication skills. 

These come in handy when you need to attract and select the best candidates for your company.  You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and present your message in an authentic, interesting and motivating way.

  • An affection for numbers, data and goals.  

It's natural for you to track your own work and make data-based decisions. This will help you work smart and focus your actions in the right direction.

  • Fluent English. 

You will occasionally recruit for the US market, and communicate with colleagues internationally. Fluency in English will help you get your message across in a convincing way.
